It's easy to get started on Cario Farm! The more you grow, the more you have to sell at market and the more you earn! Simple!

Here are a few tips to get you going:

You have 9 plots of land ready for planting. There's is no need to cultivate!
Start by buying seedling. To do this, simply click on the shopping cart and then select the crop and quantity you want.
Once the crop is fully grown, you can harvest your fields and sell your stock at the market.
Remember, your behaviour impacts your crops. Good techniques reap more produce and better results while poor practices, mean fewer crops and less earnings.

Land ain't free, so there is a Goodwill tax of 1¢ per day and a Green Fund tax of 75¢ each month!

Cario Farm Upgrade Policy Most upgrades require a non-refundable set-up fee and a recurring daily cost or daily salary. While there is no charge for returning an upgrade, or firing an employee, you are charged the non-refundable set-up fee each time you rent an upgrade or hire an employee.			Drought-resistance Traits This upgrade creates drought-resistant plants by using natural gene selection. Scientists use biotechnology to alter one of the many different factors involved in a plant's growth under water-restricted and high-heat conditions. This upgrade reduces the amount of water required for growing plants. This upgrade increase growth between 1% and 3% and reduces negative affects caused by some climate change up to 10%. The rental cost is $9 (non-refundable) to start then 55¢ per field per day		Irrigation Enhancements This upgrade is designed to maximize efficiency and provide personal orders of water for growers. It uses pressure systems such as micro, drip and sprinkler systems, and gives farmers access to water through online and mobile technology. This upgrade increase growth between 1% and 5% and reduces negative affects caused by some climate change up to 4%. The rental cost is $22 (non-refundable) to start then 25¢ per field per day
	Electric Drive Systems This upgrade allows individual row control as well as curve compensation, ensuring your seed population is exactly what was prescribed, maximizing the productivity of every acre. This upgrade increase growth between 1% and 3% and reduces negative affects caused by some climate change up to 2%. The rental cost is $88 (non-refundable) to start then 10¢ per field per day		Hyper Precision This upgrade uses information technology (IT) to ensure that the crops and soil receive exactly what they need for optimum health and productivity. The goal of hyper precision is to ensure profitability, sustainability and protection of the environment. This upgrade increase growth between 3% and 7% and reduces negative affects caused by some climate change up to 1%. The rental cost is $57 (non-refundable) to start then 35¢ per field per day		Farm Production Analysis Training A lot of farmers tend to wind up with many small, high interest loans, through machinery and credit debt, mortgages, and past due accounts with suppliers. With this upgrade, farmers receive training in risk management, producing planning and budgets, partial budgeting, agronomic basics, and climate control. This upgrade increase growth between 5% and 10%. The cost of hiring a professional, with this training, is $1 (non-refundable) administrative fee then a salary of $5 per day
